John Oney has been involved in many different fields of manufacturing, from conventional machining to casting and fabrication, over the last 40 years. In 2010, began testing and developing new post-processing procedures by reverse engineering called Strengthening Mechanisms of Material. This allows tailoring of the material properties in Additive components to suit the needed application in tensile strength, wear-proof/non-absorbent surface matching conventional manufactured components.
